SCE is a local, family-owned business. Tyler and Roxanne Hansen started Specialty Concrete and Excavating, Inc. in October of 2000 with plans to specialize in concrete and excavating. As the market grew, Tyler and Roxanne expanded in 2002 and added framing and other general contracting duties to their list of services and began specializing in custom home-building. With this expansion also came the name change to SCE Construction, Inc.
